Lotus Notes Email Weekly Maintenance

Cisco Clean Access Weekly Maintenance

There may be brief interruptions of network connectivity across the campus between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. during OIT's regularly scheduled weekly maintenance of the Cisco Clean Access (CCA) system. Tuesday morning has been chosen as the time to perform necessary updates and maintenance on the Cisco Clean Access system because of the relatively low usage of the system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Cisco Clean Access Weekly De-certification

There will be a brief interruption of network connectivity across the campus between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. during OIT's regularly scheduled weekly de-certification for the Cisco Clean Access (CCA) system. Users will be prompted to re-authenticate with CCA during this period. This weekly posture assessment serves to ensure that all machines on the campus network are up to date and secure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tenley Telephone Service Interruption Friday Night (Phone System)

All wired telephones on the Tenley campus will be out of service from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. tonight, Friday, November 6, in order to perform a critical system upgrade. The main campus telephone system is scheduled to be upgraded as well, and a one-minute interruption will occur around midnight. These outages will also affect blue light emergency phones but will not affect the wireless phone network. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to maintain the telephone service. E-mail Service Interruption on AUMAIL1 (E-mail)

The HTTPS task on AUMAIL1, which allows for Web Mail or iNotes access to mail databases, is currently unavailable. E-mail on AUMAIL1 is still accessible through the Lotus Notes client, and mail clients configured to use the IMAP or POP3 standards. Service will be restored as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
