    The weekly maintenance period for the Ellucian Colleague system will be from 2:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. in order to perform critical system maintenance. All Colleague and some myAU.american.edu applications will be unavailable during this time. The Office of Information Technology regrets the inconvenience and appreciates your understanding of the need to perform this maintenance.     Maintenance extended for Eagle Services upgrade. Eagle Services link is temporarily removed from AU Portal and unavailable. The Office of Information Technology is working to restore service as soon as possible.
 
Windows File/Print Server Weekly Maintenance Printing/Storage 12/05/16 3:00 am-7:00 am
    The Weekly Microsoft File/Print system maintenance on Monday morning will begin at 3AM and be complete by 7 AM or earlier. The services affected will include: Microsoft File Shares, network drives, and AD printing.
 
NetIQ IDM Weekly Maintenance Printing/Storage 12/05/16 3:00 am-7:00 am
    The Weekly NetIQ IDM system maintenance on Monday morning will begin at 3AM and be complete by 7 AM or earlier. The services affected will include: IDV Account Creation, user account password resets, password replication services.
 
Kreeger Building Network Connection Eaglenet 11/29/16 12:00 am-4:30 am
    The Kreeger building network is currently unavailable due to network upgrade maintenance. Both wired and wireless at the Kreeger building will be unavailable for the duration.
 
Weekly E-mail Systems Maintenance E-mail 11/28/16 5:00 am-7:00 am
    The weekly email systems maintenance on Monday morning will begin at 5 AM and completed by 7:00 AM or earlier. All email will be queued during the maintenance window and will be delivered once the servers are back online.
