    The Weekly Microsoft File/Print system maintenance on Monday morning will begin at 3AM and be complete by 7 AM or earlier. The services affected will include: Microsoft File Shares, network drives, and AD printing.

    The Weekly NetIQ IDM system maintenance on Monday morning will begin at 3AM and be complete by 7 AM or earlier. The services affected will include: IDV Account Creation, user account password resets, password replication services.
 
Colleague and myAU.american.edu Portal Service Interruption Colleague/Benefactor 01/22/17 2:00 am-7:00 am
    The weekly maintenance period for the Ellucian Colleague system will be from 2:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. in order to perform critical system maintenance. All Colleague and some myAU.american.edu applications will be unavailable during this time. The Office of Information Technology regrets the inconvenience and appreciates your understanding of the need to perform this maintenance. Colleague and Eagle Service (Registration, Bill Pay) Planned Outage Colleague/Benefactor 01/04/17 5:00 pm-12:00 am
    Please be advised that the Office of Information Technology has scheduled a planned upgrade to the Eagle Service system from 5 pm on Wednesday, January 4th to 3 am on Thursday, January 5th. Colleague and Eagle Service will not be accessible for extended periods during this time window, which means many services including Bill Payment, Class Registration, Informer, and HR/Payroll and Timesheets will be unavailable. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience.
